Whirlpool : - The door of the refrigerator doesn’t open.
(Assembled in Bhosari; inspected in Poland)
Lucy :- The door of the MCCB doesn’t close.
(Assembled in Dubai; Inspected in UK.)
Fiat : - The door opens faster than it what is required
(Assembled in Pirangut; Inspected somewhere in France.)
GM :- The door opens more than requirement
(Assembled in Bhosari; Inspected in Talegaon.)
Indica :- The colour of the door gets peeled off
(Assembled in Bhosari; Inspected in Bhosari.)
TML :- The door works fine but still there is air leakage.
(Assembled in Bhosari; Inspected in Thailand.)

customer service?
have you asked them to check if the door is really put on the hinge yet? if they have, then re-hinge it?
how about i assign a doorkeeper to each door that these guys assemble
